Our Story
With its origins in 2002, the Pacific Radiance Group now owns and operates a fleet of 130 modern offshore vessels. Our Group includes complementary and supporting services which provide synergistic solutions in support of global offshore exploration and production activities.
Fleet Expansion and Diversification into Complementary and Supporting Activities
2007-2010
Crest Subsea International was formed and the Project Logistics division was added to the Group’s portfolio of services as a synergistic and complementary services. The Group also entered into the Marine Equipment business with the establishment of Titan Offshore and investment in Fleetwinch Control. The fleet expanded to around 60 offshore vessels.
Becoming a Global Player
2010-2013
We embarked on a programme of international expansion and secured long term deployments for our AHTS and PSVs in Brazil and Africa respectively. Our presence in Indonesia is strengthened with sizeable investments in two Indonesian offshore vessel operators. The Group’s saturation dive support vessels become fully operational and went on to build a track record of successful operations in Asia and Australia.

2013 and onwards
Over the coming years, the Pacific Radiance Group will witness the addition of larger, more sophisticated DP vessels to support growing deep-water E&P requirements.
Crest SA yard, our modern shipyard and equipment workshop facility in Singapore is scheduled to become fully operational in 2015 and will significantly enhance our Shipyard and Marine Equipment offerings.
